To be successful as a “Senior Full‑Stack Developer ", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and JPA/Hibernate.
Build and enhance frontend applications using ReactJS and/or Angular, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Independently own and manage modules, from design and development through production support.
Drive technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Collaborate with product, platform, infra, and support teams to deliver production‑ready solutions.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Strong hands‑on experience across backend and frontend stacks.
Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver with minimal supervision.
Solid system design skills and experience supporting applications in production.
SQL writing and optimization.
Knowledge of AI / LLM / Generative AI.
Experience with Camunda (BPM / workflow orchestration).
This role will be based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
