To be successful Senior ServiceNow Developer, you must have:
ServiceNow experience of the platform and ability to understand the core CSDM model, platform upgrades the security model and how integrations work via APIs.
Be a certified CSA and CAD admin and developer to be able to lead and build functionality as a sole lead without supervision.
Understand all programming languages and data models to a very good level and be able to follow best practices in an enterprise setting.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience of CSM module in FSO context, experience of working in enterprise regulated industry.
Good experience with AI models and ability to work with tools like GitLab Duo and Claude Code.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is for Pune Location.
