To be successful as a Service Operations Analyst you should have experience with:
ITIL v3 or above certified or relevant experience in an ITIL environment.
Very Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience and/or exposure with Service Risk and Control Governance (Technical Resilience, Capacity Management, Service Level Agreements, Configuration Management, Incident, Problem and Change Management, Data Backup and Recovery).
Proven track record of delivering results in IT Service Management disciplines.
Service Risk Management experience.
PowerPoint and Excel for analyzing and presenting information for Service Reviews, Risks, Service Improvement .
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with Service Now/Service First Service Management tool.
Experience working in a Financial Industry with Technology.
Experience of managing end to end services or customer journey.
3rd Party Management relationship experience.
Knowledge of APIs (RAML, Service Mesh) and aPaaS hosted applications and services.

This role is based in Pune.
Purpose of the role
To effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
