To be successful as a Migration Engineer (BCP – Red Hat OpenShift), you should have experience with (Mandatory Skillsets required):
A Migration Engineer (BCP – Red Hat OpenShift) plans, builds, and executes application + platform migrations to OpenShift with a strong focus on business continuity, high availability, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.
This role bridges app teams, platform/SRE, network, security, and DR/BCP stakeholders to ensure migrated workloads meet RTO/RPO, resiliency, compliance, and performance targets.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Pune.
