To be successful as a “Software Engineer ", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Strong developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed technologies including AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Spark, delivering resilient and scalable solutions.
Skilled in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, testing frameworks, and modern engineering toolchains across SQL/NoSQL environments.
Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and driving high-quality delivery in agile environments, with added exposure to big data technologies and application design.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and driving high-quality delivery in agile environments, with added exposure to big data technologies and application design.
Working experience in Agile Methodology.
Structured approach to problem solving and ability to manage parallel streams of work.
Strong interpersonal and written/oral communications skills.
This role is based out of Pune
