To be successful as a Solution Architect you should have experience with:
Technical Solution Architecture.
Understanding of Domain Driven Design.
Experience in creating technical documents such E2E Design / High Level Design / Architectural Vision.
Understanding security aspects of Enterprise applications
Strong experience in relevant technologies (Java/.Net/Mainframe/DB2/MSSQL).
Experience in application integration technologies (MQ, C:D, APIs, SFTP).
Understanding of application infrastructure both on premises, external, and Public Cloud (AWS, Azure), SaaS platforms.
Understanding fundamentals of containerization.
Clear understanding of SDLC pipelines and runtime.
Work experience in both Agile(Preferable) and Waterfall.
Able to demonstrate previous evidence of drive, energy, commitment, and enthusiasm.
Preferable earlier experience in coding with engineering background
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Understanding of Banking and Financial Services Industry.
Understanding of Trade and Working Capital domain.
Professional certifications e.g. TOGAF, Cloud certifications.

This role is based out of Pune.

To design, develop, and implement solutions to complex business problems, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and design and implement solutions that meet those needs and create solutions that balance technology risks against business delivery, driving consistency.
