Talent & Development Specialist - Trainer

The role requires working in UK hours and will be based in Pune.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of different training techniques, Learning Cycle and learning styles
• High level of Coaching, presentation, influencing and facilitation skills including at a senior leadership level
• Expert ability to deliver via virtual classroom and face to face
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal and written)
• Practical knowledge of current thinking and trends in learning and development
• Detailed knowledge of relevant company people policies and procedures (For Internal candidates)
• Good knowledge of Group structures and interfaces (For Internal candidates)
• Sound knowledge of Risk and Rigor Management and Corporate Governance, including Regulated practices
• Good knowledge of Equality and Diversity policies
• Ability to consistently execute at speed getting the balance right between the quality of content and speed of delivery
• Ability to co-ordinate and priorities activities
• Ability to stay self-disciplined and self - motivated

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

• COLF = Certified Online Facilitator
• Training related qualification

This role will be based out of (Pune).

Purpose of the role

To design and implement programmes and initiatives that support the growth and development of the bank’s employees and leaders. 

Accountabilities

• Development and implementation of training and development programmes and initiatives, including creation and execution of training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Collaboration with HR and hiring managers to analyse the current and future development needs of the organisation.
• Design and delivery of classroom and digital based training content, programmes and associated User Experience.
• Management of onboarding programmes including training, onboarding materials, introduction meetings and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
• Analysis of data and metrics to measure success of talent development programmes and initiatives.
• Development and implementation of coaching and mentoring programmes, train the trainer programmes for facilitators and relevant educational materials.
• Develop and implement talent pipelining processes, identifying, managing, progressing and promoting talent capability across the bank with succession management and career progression’.
