We're seeking an experienced hands on AEM Technical Lead to join our AEM team, responsible for designing, developing and delivering AEM solutions.. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in AEM architecture, development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable AEM applications. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

2. Collaborate on setting up offers and managing content for marketing pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Lead development of AEM components, templates and workflows.

3. Develop unit tests to ensure high code quality and maturity metrics.

4. Implement scalable solutions using scaled agile methodologies.

5. Ensure seamless integration with various stakeholders' systems (business, tech, and product). Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AEM solutions.

 Essential skills/Basic qualification:

Leadership:

1. Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise on AEM.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and excellence.

3. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous learning.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

1. 8+ years of experience in AEM development, architecture, deployment.

2. Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, workflows and security.

3. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) integration and proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS and Javascript.

4. Proficiency in unit testing and code quality metrics.

5. Familiarity with scaled agile methodologies.

This role is based in Pune.

Purpose of the role

To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements. 

Accountabilities

  • Management of the delivery, resource allocation and improvement of complex technical project capabilities across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies for planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives and the execution of sprints.
  • Collaboration with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trails to support the proposal of technically feasible solutions, and effort and timeline expectations.
  • Collaboration with software engineers, quality teams, product managers and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle aligned to the banks objectives, regulation and security policies.
  • Identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with technical projects to prepare the bank for potential challenges.
  • Management of change requests and communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Management of vendor relations involved in technical projects to ensure they deliver according to agreed terms.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improving deliver outcomes and to foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence and growth.
