Join us as a Technical BA for UCRM Core where to design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. 

To be successful as a Technical BA for UCRM Core you should have experience with:

  • University qualifications in Computing or Technology related subjects.
  • Candidate is required to have good Salesforce Technical Knowledge along with BA expertise.
  • Hands-on experience of Jira tool – Creating JIRA Board, Stories, Task, Issues, Create, Start, Edit and Complete Sprints. Manage Backlogs, Scopes, and Spillovers.
  • Work with development team for creating solutions to meet business requirements, in line with Cluster and Group IT Strategies and Architectures.
  • Work with the relevant Project Manager, Lead Solutions Designer, or Technology Partner - responsible for ensuring that the outcomes delivered by projects are consistent with the original solution.
  • Work with stake holders to get the task clearly articulated and help transfer the ask to the Dev team. Ensure a through UAT by walking the stakeholders on the implementation delivered.
  • Work with peer groups in the business, identify customer requirements and gaps through regular communication.
  • Provide ad-hoc consultancy as and when required to the business on technical matters.

  • Support the business in delivering its strategic objectives rather than just responding to a pre-defined request
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that solutions adhere to architectural and quality standards and policies.
  • Work with the relevant project manager and Lead Solutions Architect, responsible for ensuring that the outcomes delivered by projects are consistent with the original solution specified. This will be achieved by reviewing project design artefacts and the impact of significant change requests.
  • Understands the needs and challenges of stakeholders involved in projects and can negotiate satisfactory resolution to issues surrounding creation and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Able to work with Lead Solutions Architect and Lead Technology partner to represent department to senior business stakeholders.
  • Able to construct cohesive presentations of solutions and options for stakeholders and construct clear document packs.

Purpose of the role

To manage, optimise and control financial resources and portfolio-wide services with a view to building a true competitive advantage. 

Accountabilities

  • Development and implementation of strategies to optimise the allocation and utilisation of financial resources, maximising returns while ensuring compliance with group targets and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial analysis, including risk assessments and scenario planning, to support decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to develop financial plans, budgets and forecasts aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Monitoring and assessment of financial resource consumption against established benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identification and mitigation of financial risks through the implementation of risk management strategies and controls.
