Fraud Technology has an ambitious delivery agenda, providing leading-edge fraud solutions to both Barclays UK and Barclays International. As a Technical Product owner, you should be multi-skilled, product-focused for shaping and prioritising new initiatives and changes, while meeting Agile delivery principles and forming deep product knowledge in the fraud detection and card space.
To be successful in this roleyou should possess:
Hands on knowledge of managing end to end Fraud detection product delivery back-end journeys in BAFI.
Own and evolve the Fraud Detection product vision, define and maintain product roadmaps, produce MVP, business capabilities, fraud loss reduction, customer experience, and technical sustainability objectives.
Create business user stories, high level process flows to enable engagement with delivery squad.
Provide ongoing support throughout build and create data dictionary and validation of data for business capabilities.
Drive backlog management, refinement, support agile ceremonies, stakeholder expectation management and understanding of fraud risk & control framework.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Working experience on business rules, model features and domain experience of payments or cards journeys.
Working experience on re-platforming, migration and data driven back-end project.
AI assisted functional & tech spec driven development.
Drive for process improvement, excellent soft skills and risk management.

The location of the role is Pune, IN.
Purpose of the role
To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
