Technology Lead – Custody Memphis

Embark on a transformative journey as Technology Lead – Custody Memphis, where you'll spearhead the delivery of the technology stack, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions coming up with the process design of the Foundational / Consolidated and Business data Products. You will be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.

To be successful as a Technology Lead – Custody Memphis, you should have experience with: 

• Excellent C#/.NET programming skills, with advanced knowledge of OOP standards.

• Strong working knowledge of MS SQL server & familiarity with version control systems such as GIT & automated testing experience.

• Database & Production Excellence like SQL development and optimization, excellent production troubleshooting capabilities & performance tuning for high-volume processing.

• Modern DevOps & Cloud Technologies like containerization, GitLab CI/CD pipelines

             & Autosys.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. 

Accountabilities

• Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
