Explore locationStep into the role of Transaction Monitoring Training Analyst at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future. In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will support Transaction monitoring activities by investigating and analysing suspicious transactions, identifying financial crime risks, and ensuring compliance with AML regulations.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
Conduct transaction monitoring reviews, investigate alerts, and identify potential suspicious activity or financial crime risks.
Support risk management, regulatory compliance, and control-related activities to ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards.
Lead and contribute to projects focused on operational excellence, process optimization, workforce planning, and business change initiatives.
Desirable skills set:
Training expertise with sound knowledge of Transaction monitoring.
Good attention to detail and decision-making ability.
Stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
Knowledge of risk management, AML regulations, and regulatory reporting.

This role is based out of Pune.
