Explore locationStep into a role of Vice President – Head of India Transaction Monitoring (Quality & SMEs), where you'll provide first-class support by conducting in-depth due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding our clients and organization with expertise and care. You must take responsibility for controlling risk and enhancing controls in connection to your job and areas of responsibility in accordance with rules and regulations.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
Experience in development and implementation of Transaction Monitoring procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency
Leading an influencing team manager within a fast paced and regulated environment.
Managing senior stakeholder relationships across BU’s and second line of defense.
Ability to manage and accurately report KPI’s, SLA’s, quality and performance across the business area
Monitor Operational KPIs- Quality, Productivity, policy/procedure alignment etc. and ensure they are adhered as per the guidelines.
Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Transaction Monitoring process.
Ability to Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Transaction Monitoring Service.
Graduate in any discipline.
Desirable skills set:
Team handling experience.
Ability to create and embed a positive culture and working environment.
Knowledge of Correspondent Banking payment networks and the associated regulatory requirements and risks.
Exposure of leading a team through transformational change and project management within a Financial Crime operation.
Should have worked on all Risk types -individual and business client types.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.

This position is based out of Pune & Noida both.
