As an Account Executive, you will operate as a key liaison between the Relationship Manager and internal specialist product teams, playing a central role in delivering high-quality service to clients. You will be responsible for managing incoming client queries, ensuring these are actioned appropriately and efficiently. Working closely with the Relationship Manager, you will arrange and coordinate client meetings, handle any necessary follow-ups, and ensure that all client-related actions are completed to a high standard. You will also support the Relationship Manager in achieving their financial and service-related objectives through proactive engagement and administrative oversight.
Success in this role will require you to collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between teams to meet client needs. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and uphold a high level of professionalism and discretion, particularly when dealing with confidential information.
