Explore locationThe Relationship Manager will deliver exceptional sales and business performance whilst maintaining sound risk management, and building and maintaining highly proactive, long-term, internal and external business relationships. They will grow and develop a relationship with a multinational Corporate clients typically generating sustained revenue by becoming a “trusted advisor”. Working with colleagues worldwide the Relationship Manager will deliver banking, investment and other services thus ensuring a holistic service for their clients. They will use relevant experience to acquire, develop and service client relationships according to their investment and core banking need, managing their client group within their risk profile and appropriate regulatory framework.
The Relationship Manager will work toward achievement of revenue/asset growth for the business in line with individual targets and partner with technical experts and product specialists as needed.
Essential Skills:
Actively manage and grow effective Corporate client relationships, identifying and managing solutions Action oriented and be organised with the ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritise accordingly.
Previous experience within financial services is desirable. The role holder preferably should have spent a high proportion of their career within financial services, with an advanced understanding of the highly regulated environment within which the bank operates.
They should have high-quality knowledge of global economic and political conditions, and the implication these will have upon our clients.
Self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills are essential

Demonstrate a logical and structured approach to achieving desired outcomes along with excellent written and oral communication with ability to communicate across all levels.
