The Crown Dependencies business offers a range of banking, credit and investment management solutions. Supporting Fiduciary clients and their underlying global clients from Jersey with relevant solutions through relationship-led service, online channels and product specialists.
As a Relationship Manager, you will act as a trusted adviser to multi-national fiduciary clients, delivering exceptional sales and business performance while maintaining sound risk management and building long-term internal and external relationships. Working with colleagues globally, you will provide banking, investment, and other services to ensure a holistic and high-quality client experience.
Relationship Managers are expected to proactively manage and grow client relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and partner with specialists to deliver tailored solutions. You will engage with senior client stakeholders, understand their evolving needs, and help deliver revenue and asset growth in line with business objectives.

Purpose
Deliver exceptional sales and business performance by acquiring, developing and maintaining highly proactive, long term client relationships. Protect Barclays reputation through sound risk decisions by managing client group within their risk profile and appropriate regulatory framework.
Accountabilities
Manage and grow client relationships and acquire new clients - identifying and managing solutions to meet a wide range of client needs
Establish a sound understanding of the strategy of the clients in their portfolio through regular proactive contact, responding to client / prospect queries and requests and identifying opportunities that will deliver long term commercial reward
Manage operational, reputational, financial crime and credit risk for the portfolio to avoid exposing Barclays to undue risk
Ensure all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Frameworkand internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards
Service/group relationships - referrals to group colleagues
