To be successful as an Investment Banking Analyst- Biotech/Pharma, you should have experience with:
Financial Modeling and Analysis
Ability to dissect income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and debt transactions
Support M&A, IPO and secondary offering processes
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Project Management
Capital IQ, FactSet, or Bloomberg
Ability to comprehend technical biotech concepts
Healthcare Experience
You may be assessed on the key critical access for success in the role such as financial modelling, financial statement, and macroeconomic analysis and provide support to our Biopharma team, as well as job specific technical skills.
Additional relevant skills in investment banking, equity research, and financial modelling and a good understanding of financial statements, and valuation techniques are highly valued.
This role is located in our San Francisco, California office.
This role is regulated by FINRA.
Minimum Salary: $110,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
The minimum and maximum salary/ rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
