Explore locationThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes from strategy through execution within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or broader Financial Services environments. The individual should possess strong derivatives knowledge and a deep understanding of associated products, processes, and business workflows, together with demonstrated experience delivering platform build-out, platform modernisation, digital transformation, or operating model transformation initiatives. Experience supporting new market expansion initiatives, market infrastructure transformation, or the establishment of new business capabilities across markets would be highly advantageous.
Equally important is a strong understanding of operating models, governance processes, stakeholder landscapes, and transformation delivery frameworks within large global financial institutions. Candidates who can quickly navigate complex organisational structures, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple functions and geographies will be highly regarded.
The role requires exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, strong programme governance and risk management capabilities, deep expertise in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable business and client outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing a client-centric mindset, strong business acumen, and a demonstrated ability to drive complex change in a highly regulated and matrixed environment.
