Explore locationAs a Senior Customer Service Advisor within our Video team, you'll work with customers on an appointment bases only, to open youth accounts and infant savers accounts.
You'll manage prebooked appointments to support our customers with our products, therefore diary management is key. This role requires independent working; therefore you should be comfortable managing day to day tasks individually. You will be meeting our customers over Video so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport. Previous experience within a customer facing role will be beneficial within this position. Finally, you will need to be comfortable operating different Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Teams and Excel.

Hybrid Working
Location: Sunderland
Contract type: Monday to Sunday 7am-11pm
Typical working hours: 9am-8pm to Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday to Sunday
Salary: £27,500
