We are seeking a motivated and experienced VP to join the Leveraged Finance team at Barclays in Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, high deal volume environment on a broad range of financing transactions (leveraged finance, private credit) for a diverse set of clients (financial sponsors, corporates).
As a VP, you will play a critical role in securing and executing financings. You will lead financial modelling and due diligence work streams, and prepare marketing and internal approval materials. The successful candidate will be experienced in leveraged finance and/or private credit, be highly motivated, have strong appetite for learning and be capable of working well with teams under pressure.
