In this role, you will serve as the primary Barclays representative in the field, driving daily engagement with flight attendants across key airline partners. You will conduct in‑person trainings, deploy marketing materials, and ensure that promotions and incentives are understood and executed correctly. You will act as the main escalation point for partner feedback, operational challenges, and field‑level risks.
To be successful as an Airlines Field Engagement Manager, you should have:
Experience delivering in‑person trainings and field‑based education sessions
Ability and willingness to travel 75%
Ability to manage program compliance, operational issues, and field‑level risks
Strong organizational skills in planning events, recaps, and ongoing reporting
Proficiency deploying marketing materials, promotions, and crew‑facing incentives

Strong communication skills, including navigating difficult conversations

To develop, implement and manage marketing strategies through direct interactions with partners and their employees, including establishment of campaign budgets, monitoring of performance metrics, and implementation of data-driven optimisations to improve ROI
