Explore locationBecome a member of Barclays’ Compliance Assurance team, where you’ll play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders across APAC and globally during the execution of reviews. This role requires business level communication in English and Japanese, experience in Compliance Testing, Audit, or Risk Management within the financial industry, with a proven track record of high-quality work.
You should possess a working knowledge of Conduct and Financial Crime risk frameworks, testing methodologies and techniques. Exceptional analytical skills to identify key risks and non-conformance areas, along with excellent report writing abilities, are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a Japan securities broker sales representative qualification.
