Explore locationThis role is focused on sustaining day to day service delivery and meeting SLAs for the APAC Cash Equities business while supporting continued expansion of high touch sales trading activity in Japan, owning query and exception management with expected growth in inquiries from asset managers and trust banks on items such as allocation methods, trade reporting, and sales queries, and providing strong stakeholder coordination across front office and downstream teams, and it is positioned as critical to avoiding client detriment, complaints, missed SLAs, and regulatory risk, with Japan cash equity knowledge and Japanese language highlighted as key requirements.
