Explore locationJoin Barclays as a CDD Strategic Change Lead, where you’ll have the chance to play an instrumental role in transforming our customers onboarding processes. Your role will involve implementing strategic changes that enhance efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve client experience.
To be successful as a CDD Strategic Change Lead, you should have:
Experience in a transformation, optimization, or change function, or similar skillset, in a financial institution
Experience in FinCrime Operations (CDD/KYC onboarding, AML monitoring, etc.)—this could include within a change, operation, control, compliance function
Experience supporting or delivering a change, or book of changes, autonomously
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with senior stakeholder management
Experience in project management
Experience in change delivery capability
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $120,450
Maximum Salary: $131,495
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
