This role will involve managing settlements and securities transactions, staying updated on regulatory changes, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency. This candidate will lead a team of settlement professionals and work with other departments to reduce risks.
To be successful as the Securities Services Ops Lead, you should have experience with:
The technical side of both equity and fixed income products
Leading automation initiatives to streamline processes
Background and focus on securities within the middle office or settlement functions
Process improvement management
Strong leadership and analytical skills within financial services

Ability to converse with senior level leaders
Problem solving skills and attention to detail

This role is based in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $150,000
Maximum Salary: $195,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
