To be successful as an Executive Product Manager - VP, you should:
Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs, ensuring alignment with business targets and customer outcomes
Shape and prioritize strategic priorities, epics, and investments, balancing business value, customer impact, and delivery feasibility
Partner with senior stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and business teams to align priorities, navigate dependencies, and drive informed decisions
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring successful execution and value delivery across products, platforms, or customer journeys
Shape and evolve a portfolio of product capabilities, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic goals and innovation opportunities

Considerable commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into measurable product outcomes
Excellent stakeholder guidance and influencing skills, with experience building alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams

This role is located in our Whippany, NJ or Wilmington, DE offices.
Salary for Whippany, NJ:
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $200,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
Purpose of the role
Product Managers are responsible for the leading the strategic focus of the product(s), defining the product vision, market strategy, and competitive analysis. They think about the product's future and how it will evolve over time. They work with various teams, including marketing, engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure everyone is aligned on the product strategy. They use data and market research to inform their decisions and prioritize product features.
