Explore locationBecome part of Barclays Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) team as a Project Support Lead - Communications Manager for the largest and most complex Program in our Global portfolio – the rebuild of Barclays US headquarters at 745 7th Avenue. In this key role, you will be part of the CRES Team tasked with leading a strategic communications and stakeholder engagement strategy focused on Innovation, Sustainability, and the Future of Work. This senior role combines communications, change management, and innovation to craft a compelling narrative that builds confidence among both internal and external stakeholders – employees, executives, partners vendors and the public. To be successful as a Project Support Lead – Communications Manager you should have experience:
Exceptional project management skills
Developing and leading a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy for the building project, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and preparing the workplace for the future
Leading the design and execution of key events throughout the project, ensuring they align with the project’s strategic goals and milestones
Creating and implementing a high-impact engagement plan that utilizes a mix of communications channels – social media, press relations, internal communications digital platforms and live events
Driving External Engagement, ensuring that external stakeholders such and partners, regulators and the broader public are informed, engaged, and aligned with the project’s vision and progress
Driving innovation by incorporating cutting edge event formats, digital experiences, and interactive tools into communications and engagement activities
Other highly valued skills include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in creating and executing communication strategies
Experience in crisis communication and issues management
Experience in media relations and public relations
Skilled in social media management and content creation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
This role is based in Whippany, NJ and a secondary location in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $140,000.00
Maximum Salary: $200,000.00
