You will work with the Corporate and Payment Portfolio Execution Team, a multidisciplinary organization responsible for driving the bank’s most strategic and complex change programs. Programme Blue US was launched to enhance the Corporate Bank’s offering by building on foundational technology and developing new capabilities that support a consistent, strategic international cash‑management experience for clients worldwide. In this role, you will contribute to expanding and improving client channels, introducing new product functionalities, enabling smart billing and strategic reporting, and delivering the automation and scalability necessary to stay competitive in the market and advance the growth goals of the ICB/GTB businesses.
To be successful as a Senior Project Manager - VP, you should have:
Proven leadership of large, complex change programmes, with the ability to set direction, drive execution, and inspire cross‑functional teams
Exceptional project and programme management capability, including planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and delivery discipline
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and gain buy‑in from senior executives and diverse functional partners
Ability to work across global teams, navigating multiple regions, cultures, and regulatory contexts effectively
Other highly valued skills may include:
Deep understanding of financial services transformation; prior experience in Corporate business and subject matter experience in FX, Liquidity and Payments Product suite highly advantageous but not essential
Certification or direct experience with Agile methodology as Release Train Engineer or otherwise highly preferred
Ample problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a history of delivering outcomes in fast‑moving or ambiguous environments
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $225,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose
Facilitates and coordinates Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure that multiple teams within a program are aligned and delivering value efficiently. To manage dependencies, remove impediments, and oversee the planning and execution of Program Increments. Foster collaboration across teams, ensures alignment with business objectives, and drives continuous improvement in large-scale Agile environments.
