Explore locationJoin Barclays US Trade and Transaction Reporting Operations FINRA team as a Trade Transaction Reporting Analyst. Your role involves ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting to US regulators. The team oversees 9 US regulations covering Equities, Options, and Fixed Income Products. Responsibilities include executing key controls, generating MI, conducting root cause analysis, escalating issues, and coordinating IT fixes. To thrive in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Financial services experiences particularly Investment Banking and be detail oriented such as Technology, Middle Office, Front Office, and Operations Control
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels including interacting effectively with other key areas within the bank such as Technology, Middle Office, Front Office and Operations Control
Other highly valued skills include:
• Experience working in Investment Bank, Compliance, Operations, or Risk and Control Function
• Experience in Regulatory Reporting or Regulatory related job function with ACT, LOPR, BlueSheets, CAT or TRACE reporting
• Experience with Equities, Options or Fixed Income Products with high level understanding of the trade lifecycle and the functions and knowledge of the front to back process in an environment of investment banking
• Ability to influence others and work under pressure independently with excellent written and verbal communication skills
