Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Triage Business Analyst, where you will play a critical role in identifying and managing remediation plans across multiple Barclays teams, including Risk, Finance and Technology. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for identifying gaps, coordinating action plans, and ensuring timely execution of remediation activities. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, where creative problem-solving and adaptability are essential. Your analytical skills will be used in developing and presenting weekly scorecards that highlight progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges and improve operational efficiency.
To be successful as a Triage Business Analyst, you should have:
Extensive Excel experience including pivot, VLOOKUP and macros knowledge
Hands-on experience working with reporting stools such as Tableau
Background in reporting in a regulated environment
Exposure to risk and controls frameworks, including identifying process gaps and actioning remediation plans
Other highly valued skills and experience include:
Ability to excel in a dynamic and evolving work environment
Proven problem-solving skills, solving complex issues with multiple stakeholders
Experience working with stakeholders across multiple business lines to influence required action
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $125,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
