Explore locationAs a Change Delivery Manager, you will assess existing processes across Barclays Head Office functions and address inefficiencies in current workflows. Using your innovation combined with your strategic-thinking you will identify opportunities to improve current processes, working to the Barclays Agile framework . As an advocate of simplification, accountability, and problem-solving, you will drive business change and streamline operations by introducing effective controls and enabling colleagues to work more efficiently. This role will involve; process mapping and documentation, change tracking and reporting, and continuous improvement. You will inspire cross-teams collaboration to ensure changes are embedded and measurable.
To be successful as a Change Delivery Manager, you should have experience with:
Stakeholder management.
Delivering process-driven business change with competing priorities.

Experience with identifying problems and implementing solutions for business processes.

This role can be based in either London, Northampton, or Glasgow.

To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
