The client implementation analyst is responsible for supporting corporate clients throughout the end-to-end implementation journey for digital channels and cash management products. The role partners closely with clients, relationship teams, and implementation project managers to gather requirements, coordinate onboarding activities, deliver training, and ensure successful adoption of banking solutions. The analyst serves as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through legal, security, and operational requirements while identifying and addressing implementation challenges. Success in this role is demonstrated through seamless client onboarding, a positive client experience, effective risk management, and a smooth transition into ongoing servicing.
To be successful as a US Product Implementation Analyst, you should have:
Cash Management experience, including products and services such as ACH, SWIFT, Lockbox, and Check Imaging
Ample written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex processes to clients and internal stakeholders
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience managing client issues and driving resolution
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Previous experience supporting electronic banking or digital channel implementations, with an understanding of client onboarding and adoption processes
Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and support successful client outcomes
Expertise in planning, organization, and process management, including the implementation of tools, controls, and operational processes to support business objectives
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $70,000
Maximum Salary: $90,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role
To manage the scoping and implementation of products and services for newly onboarded and existing clients globally, helping clients leverage our product capabilities and delivering income for the business.
