Explore locationWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Audit Manager – Face to Face Marketing. We’re looking for someone with strong experience in data/file set-up management. Also we would like this person to have experience with technical and testing support for F2F projects.
To be successful as an Audit Manager – Face to Face Marketing, you should have the following experience:
Experience in auditing and controls is required
Knowledge and experience in marketing and/or technology operations
Experience in the financial and/or credit card industry
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Wilmington, Delaware.
Purpose of the role
To manage and implement the service management framework for internal service provision including management of contractual documentation, service change governance and performance reporting, collaborating with business stakeholders and facilitating a consistent and efficient approach across all global Service Management offices.
