This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with the Customer Office division of USCB and showcase talent for targeting strategy to achieve USCB's profitability goals, shape analytical test and learn agenda, and continuously monitor the program's performance.
To be successful as an ECM Analyst, you should have experience with:
Data analysis/data modelling with credit cards and bureau data - using SQL/SAS/Python/other
Processing vast amounts of data into meaningful information and insights in financial services, insurance, marketing or other data driven industry
Financial profit and loss (P&L) constructs, individual P&L components and their interactions
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Familiarity of Barclays US Consumer Bank Data and analytical tool environment used by the Credit Data & Analytical department
Collaborating with stakeholders to define ECM needs
Generating usage reports and compliance dashboards
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in the Wilmington, DE office.
Purpose of the role
To extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, developing robust decision models, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the departments.
