Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Fulfillment Operations Senior Analyst, where you'll be part of the Vendor & Fulfillment Operations team—a high-performing unit within the US Consumer Bank that manages daily operations, particularly those involving third-party vendors. As a Fulfillment Operations Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for service-level & volume reconciliation as well as exception handling for multiple processes. Processes are assigned as per need but may include mail room activity oversight, paper application processing, statement, letter & plastic fulfilment and payment network interchange, among others. This role includes interaction with contact center, front office, and technology as well as direct engagement with third-party vendors.
To be successful as a Fulfillment Operations Senior Analyst, you should have experience with:
Microsoft Applications with expertise in Excel
Developing and maintaining procedural documentation, as well as executing operational processes
Working within the financial services industry
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Ability to analyze trends to self-identify potential and/or emerging issues
Experience in third-party vendor relationships
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
