Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Marketing Disclosure Management AVP. This pivotal role ensures both compliance and clarity across customer-facing marketing materials while supporting the development and management of disclosures for credit card acquisition and existing customer campaigns. An ample understanding of industry regulations (e.g., Reg Z, UDAAP) and an ability to collaborate effectively across functions is essential to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
To be successful as a Marketing Disclosure Management AVP, you should have experience with:
Managing disclosure content across credit card marketing offers—including acquisition and lifecycle campaigns
Utilizing systems such as WorkFront, SharePoint, and CDT (internal tool) to track requests, managing workflows, and maintaining documentation
Drafting, editing, and maintaining account opening disclosures, including Terms & Conditions and Cardmember Agreements
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, CCOE, and other key stakeholders to refine and approve disclosures
Ability to communicate clearly through documentation, repository updates, and comment threads to support cross-functional alignment
Maintaining a consistent focus on accuracy and detail across all projects
Adapting quickly to changing priorities while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
