To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Software engineering on cloud (3+ yrs) building applications at scale on AWS/Azure/GCP
Python (preferred) or Java/Go — REST APIs, async frameworks, clean testable code
GenAI/LLM hands-on — calling LLM APIs, prompt building, RAG patterns, embeddings
Agentic AI framework (LangGraph/LangChain or Google ADK) + Docker/Kubernetes basics
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Observability — OpenTelemetry, structured logging, distributed tracing
OPA/Rego or access control systems
AI safety concepts — prompt injection risks, PII handling, content filtering
IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform) and GitOps workflows
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Bengaluru and Pune office.
