To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
A bachelor’s degree (or above) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.
Experience in developing software applications. Fluent in Python or Java or GoLang programming language and familiarity on working with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure or GCP).
Hands-on experience in working with SQL or NoSQL Databases like PostgresSQL or MongoDB.
Hands-on experience in developing REST based API/Services using frameworks like FastAPI, Springboot.
Hands-on experience in GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph/LangChain, CrewAI, Strands SDK, Google ADK etc.
Familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols.
Good understanding of working with LLM Models, writing prompts efficiently that provide accurate context for LLM Agents.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques such as supervised or Reinforced Learning.
Knowledge of banking, financial products and services.

This role is based in our Bengaluru office.
