Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Understanding of a bank’s Risk and control environment.
Understanding of stress testing requirements for a Bank & how impairment function works.
Ability to document findings in a visually appealing and intuitive manner for reporting to senior management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Data Visualization & Reporting skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Post Graduate degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or a related discipline.
Exposure to governance frameworks, control testing or risk assessment within Finance or Risk.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in our Chennai office.
Purpose of the role
To provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organisation, and act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, helping to bridge the gap between financial data and business decisions.
