Explore locationStep into a role of HRR KYC (Know Your Customer) Manager at Barclays, where you’ll take responsibility for client service and operational execution task. You must take responsibility for controlling risk and enhancing controls in connection to your job and areas of responsibility in accordance with rules and regulations. You must follow well defined procedures that may require a range of job routines and make judgement based on practice and previous experience.
To thrive in this role, you will need some previous experience in:
Possess in - depth knowledge of know your customer processes, including high - risk reviews, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Extensive experience in corporate and investment banking KYC
KYC Onboarding experience.
Experience of Corporate Banking Periodic review for High-risk client.
Conduct detailed investigations into high - risk entities, including politically exposed persons, high-risk jurisdictions, and industries such as defence, gaming, gambling, trusts.
Assess complex corporate structures, ownership hierarchies, and legal entities to identify potential risks and ensure transparency.
Work closely with cross - functional teams, including compliance, legal, and risk departments, to facilitate smooth processes while effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
Prepare detailed reports, escalate potential risks, and interact effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless review process.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as KYC, Onboarding, Periodic reviews, dealing of stake holders, rigour procedures, tools & practices, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Chennai.

To support Wholesale Onboarding with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
