Explore locationWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented colleague to join a short-term project on a 6-month secondment. This role will support the delivery of a defined operational project involving manual processing activities and case management within a regulated environment. You will be responsible for manually creating and maintaining client accounts in line with documented procedures as well as the transfer of assets accurately between client portfolios. You will manage and progress a weekly case load, ensuring agreed timelines are met and recording all activity clearly and accurately to support audit and quality requirements and ensuring to communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively with project team members and escalating any errors, exceptions, or concerns in line with agreed processes
To be successful, you should demonstrate:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to complete manual, process-driven tasks correctly first time.
Proven ability to follow policies and procedures, particularly within an operations or regulated environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including accurate documentation and effective stakeholder updates.
Proficiency in Excel, including experience with PivotTables, VLOOKUP and Macros.
Excellent time management skills.

Previous operations or processing experience, ideally in a case-based or back-office role.
Ability to manage workload and priorities, balancing quality, and delivery across a weekly case load.
Strong Communication Skills: confidence in identifying and escalating issues, demonstrating sound judgement and risk awareness.

This role is based in Glasgow.
