As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.
To be a successful Technical Delivery Manager, you should have experience with:
Previous experience in managing projects with multiple internal teams and multiple suppliers (>15 concurrent component teams).
Experience of delivering change within the Commercial issuing landscape with detailed knowledge of document management, debit card payment processes and TSYS delivery.
Extensive experience of managing stakeholders across multiple geographies. Strong background in leadership; managing and developing teams.
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:
Formal Project Management qualification. Extensive financial management experience. Project delivery experience within the Financial Services sector.
Extensive experience delivering change across multiple business units inc. Technology teams, Operations, Sales and Legal.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Chennai.
