To be successful as a “Test Engineer” you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
• Experience or extensive knowledge in testing.
• Knowledge of Selenium and Java.
• Understanding of technology and the banking industry.
• Decision-making ability and strong attention to detail.
• Experience or knowledge in testing and defect management.
• Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
• Right attitude and adaptability to quickly thrive in new environments.
• Ability to use and understand artificial intelligence tools to enhance testing processes and digital solutions.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
o Awareness on banking applications
o Good communication Skills, Smart presentability
o Educational Qualification: BE (Masters in Computers or similar) / BCA
o Certification: ISTQB/ CSTE / CSQA
This role will be based out of (Chennai).
Purpose of the role
To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
