To be successful as a Credit Officer, you should have experience with:
In-depth credit analysis
Managing trading exposure
Negotiating terms in legal documentation for trading agreements (e.g. ISDA, GMRA)
Working autonomously across multiple ad hoc and strategic projects
Building and sustaining high-value client relationships
Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, high-complexity environments
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills
Locations: Dublin, Paris or Frankfurt
This role is regulated by Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) - Controlled Function.
This role is deemed as a Controlled Function role under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
Purpose of the role
To assess and approve/decline credit applications based on established credit policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirement and analysing financial information, evaluating creditworthiness, and recommending credit terms and conditions to ensure responsible lending practices.
