Explore locationJoin our Subsidiary Coverage Team in Dublin as a Relationship Support Manager, supporting the coverage of large multinational corporate clients. You will partner closely with Relationship Directors to help deliver strong client outcomes through high-quality execution, disciplined risk and control, and effective coordination across internal teams.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating at the centre of the client relationship—supporting day-to-day servicing, portfolio insights, pipeline activity, and end-to-end KYC/client maintenance—while ensuring we meet regulatory and internal governance standards.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Execute structured engagement plans alongside Relationship Directors to identify client objectives, risk appetite, and operational challenges. Use data-driven analysis to uncover trends, optimise performance, and identify cross-selling opportunities
Contribute to the development of client solutions with clear rationale and operational benefit, supporting internal approvals and documentation processes
Coordinate internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance) to progress onboarding, service requests, and client deliverables efficiently and accurately
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client sectors, regulatory and market changes, and competitive dynamics to inform operational strategies and compliance requirements
Operate as part of a wider European and Global Team to prioritise client experience
End to End KYC Client Maintenance – Support the Team with KYC process and day to day business
Desirable skills include:
Experience supporting sales activities for Global clients with varied and complex needs
Good knowledge of the Dublin market and industry practices
Confident presentation skills, including preparation of client-facing materials
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused mindset

This is role is based in Dublin.
This role is deemed as a Controlled Function role under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
