Explore locationJoin Barclays as a US Basel Regulatory Capital Reporting VP, where you’ll play a crucial role in leading the calculation and reporting of risk weighted assets (RWA), capital, leverage ratios, and large exposures for Barclays IHC in alignment with Federal Reserve Basel requirements. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of the Basel regulatory capital framework, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for CCAR and external regulatory submissions. You will establish robust data governance and internal controls, maintain comprehensive documentation, and collaborate with business lines and stakeholders to deliver regulatory capital insights. Additionally, you will navigate evolving regulatory requirements and support the build-out of systems and processes that strengthen compliance and operational excellence.
To be successful as a US Basel Regulatory Capital reporting VP, you should have:
Expertise in U.S. bank regulatory and risk reporting
Proven ability to manage governance and control frameworks, ensuring compliance and robust documentation
Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting, with deep knowledge of regulatory capital concepts
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience interpreting and applying Basel regulatory frameworks
Knowledge of CCAR stress testing requirements and financial products
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and some background in software development lifecycle
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $150,000
Maximum Salary: $200,000
