Explore locationJoin us as an Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Senior Compliance Lead VP, where you will be responsible for supporting the ABC (Anti-Bribery & Corruption) function to drive the effective delivery, oversight, and implementation of ABC requirements within group-wide initiatives. Your role will involve leading on the advisory and oversight of a number of key business areas and ensuring alignment with the banks ABC and Financial Crime objectives.
To be successful as an Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Senior Compliance Lead VP, you should have:
Ability to act as the key Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) lead for a number of business areas and take independent decisions and guide business areas on bribery and corruption matters.
Lead as the key ABC representative at senior Fin Crime governance meetings with the business and other key stakeholders on key risk items and threats
Robust understanding of Barclays products and services offered by Barclays and the key bribery / corruption risks they pose
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Quick thinker with ability to understand complex ABC queries and explain compliance issues clearly and concisely.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements including key bribery legislation and regulations.
Experience in executing new Compliance initiatives within the business areas you are responsible for leading
