To be successful in this role, you should have experience with the following:
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for different audiences and delivery concise business requirements
Understanding the importance of data and records management within a financial institution, including the potential business impact of errors
Experience with scaled Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira
Other highly valued skills and experience include:
Experience in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
Experience using AI to enhance and optimise business processes
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Glasgow.
