Explore locationBarclays is seeking an accomplished Integrated Financial Crime (IFC) Transaction Monitoring GEN AI Change Business Analyst to join our team. Within the role you will be working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for multiple financial crime initiatives in the Transaction Monitoring (TM) space.
The Integrated Financial Crime (IFC) portfolio is a multi-faceted Financial Crime programme of change delivered via over 20 programmes to create a holistic, risk-based and effective Financial Crime environment, strengthen robustness and enhance automation of Financial Crime processes, develop and strengthen our skills and capabilities across all lines of defence and empower our partners, colleagues and customers to identify and prevent Financial Crime by raising awareness of the risks.
To be successful as Integrated Financial Crime (IFC) Transaction Monitoring GEN AI Change Business Analyst you should have:
Confident with Jira/Conflence and writing User Stories and Business Requirements.
Strong analytical skills within quality assurance.
Change Delivery Management governance experience.
Exceptional Senior stakeholder management skills.
Planning experience.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Vision.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in Navigator, Reporting and Dashboards.
Understanding the Governance environment of Banking industry.
Exposure to Internal Audits and external audits on governance controls.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based in Glasgow.
