Explore locationAs a Process & Requirement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements from stakeholders, mapping out current and future business processes, and designing effective solutions in close collaboration with technical teams. Your ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable insights will be key to ensuring successful project outcomes.
In this role, you will produce detailed documentation, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and support system configuration and testing activities. You will also be involved in delivering user training and providing ongoing support to ensure systems are adopted effectively and function as intended. Your work will help ensure that business processes are fully understood, solutions are aligned with organisational goals, and that change is delivered in a structured and impactful way.
To be successful as a Process & Requirement Analyst 12 Months Full Time Contract, you should have experience with:
Able to gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
Confident in facilitating discussions, managing expectations, and bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
Skilled in creating clear process flows, functional specifications, and supporting materials.
Hands-on involvement in system configuration and testing – capable of supporting solution implementation, user training, and post-deployment support.

Your role can be located from our Glasgow or London office.
